For a month, I was responsible for tasks such as inventory management, product rotation, distributor coordination, and so on, and I felt very comfortable performing these duties. Although I was often tested, I always fulfilled them with great determination. ● How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation? Every day was filled with a lot of learning and a lot of responsibilities, but I thought it was pretty good to face all the problems that responsibility required. ● Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it? Better training would have been nice, as it would have addressed many of my questions and prevented several small errors. But overall, it was fine, since, well, if I had made a bigger mistake, it would have been much more compromising and would have been a big problem, but I resolved it correctly during this time.
